Coding and Documentation

Ensure revenue stability

Revenue stability depends on the integrity of data and the constant application of guidelines, rules, and regulations.

This is why accuracy is the defining attribute of our work in coding and documentation. Our compliance audits lower risk, reveal reimbursement potential, and correct misuse, all with precision

Every client faces a unique circumstance, and in each case we understand and adapt to their realities. Some approaches are preventive, some corrective, and working together, we instill the confidence of knowing that a solution is within reach.

As a leader in coding and documentation compliance, we also provide support in complex litigation matters and serve as an independent review organization for corporate integrity agreements.

With medical record auditing getting more aggressive, we think it’s essential that providers and staff are engaged in documentation guidelines. For this reason we offer:

  • Seminars that cover CPT coding concepts including evaluation and management coding, modifiers, surgical CPT coding, and much more.
  • Training sessions for providers, staff, and administrators.
  • Individual sessions to discuss the detailed findings of a coding audit with providers.
  • Shadow sessions in which we follow providers during a clinic day to provide additional training and observation.

Many of our programs are approved through AHIMA and AAPC for CEU credit.

Training

Kraft is committed to helping clients evolve, feel secure, and become more self-reliant. With the help of our AHIMA-certified ICD-10 trainer, we can train your employees on foundational knowledge such as anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. We also provide technical training for ICD-10 that includes ICD-10 CM/PCS guidelines and implementation guidance, as well as CPT code training.
