Kraft Your
How success takes shape
At Kraft, everyone is a colleague. Senior leaders chat with staff. Respect is universally shared, and the rewards are professional, personal, and meaningful. We embrace candidates who seek a people-first culture with unshakable ethics and positive energy. If that sounds like you, welcome to Kraft.
The Joy of Giving Back
We believe that businesses succeed by recognizing they are part of something larger. Supporting our communities is not just a good idea, it’s good business, because it helps ensure the well-being of the people around us.
Employee Benefits
The relationship between KraftCPAs and our employees is based on a portfolio of benefits designed to keep people professionally, physically, and mentally healthy.
We can help cover tuition and book fees as part of your continuing education, as well as financing assistance in pursuit of your CPA credentials.
A healthier team is a happier team. We offer paid leave for new parents, health plans with telemedicine options, 401(k) and HSA with employer contributions, and much more.
With a minimum of 20 vacation days and 11 paid holidays, you’ll have more “you time” to spend with friends and family.
We try to keep things casual, including the dress code. On most days, you can leave the suit and tie in the closet.
Our remote and modified schedule options give you the flexibility to decide when and where to do your best work.
You won’t be alone on your new journey: An experienced mentor will help you adjust to your new role and chart your career path.
What Our Employees Say
FAQs
We’ll do everything we can to help you make your transition to Nashville, Chattanooga, Columbia, or Lebanon easier, and that includes providing a variety of suggestions for housing.
We abide by a simple mission – to make a meaningful impact for our clients, employees, and community – that has served us well for more than 65 years. And as an evolving, independently owned firm with an open-door policy, communication and transparency is a priority. We don’t claim to be the biggest, but we strive to be the best at what we do.
Our main location in Nashville is a 39,600-square-foot, two-story building about 2 miles from downtown in the popular MetroCenter development. We have plentiful (and free) employee parking, plus a large lawn area that’s used for employee events throughout the year. Our Chattanooga location is smaller and was fully renovated in 2023; our Columbia and Lebanon locations are smallest and are about an hour from Nashville.
It varies for each team, but for the tax services team, the heavier workload can require additional hours between January and April. We try to minimize the stress by offering incentives (including financial) as well as built-in team breaks, events, catered meals, professional massages, and other perks.
