Katie Grant is a member with the assurance services group with KraftCPAs. She works extensively with clients in the nonprofit, service, and manufacturing/wholesale/distribution (MWD) industries to plan and successfully execute engagements. She also provides oversight of client service teams and presents results of our work to clients.
Katie’s work includes financial statement audit and review engagements as well as agreed-upon procedures. In her role with the firm’s nonprofit industry team, she works extensively with tax-exempt clients, including those that are subject to uniform guidance and Government Auditing Standards.
She began her career in public accounting in 2008 and joined KraftCPAs in 2011.

Jason Anderson is a member with the tax services team, where he is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and managing and reviewing the work of other team members.
Jason’s duties include tax research, consulting, planning, and compliance for clients, including S corporations and partnerships. He specializes in serving clients in the manufacturing/wholesale/distribution (MWD) and entertainment industries. His experience also includes extensive work with multi-state tax returns.
Jason began his professional career with Kraft as an intern in 2013. He worked for more than a year on the largest engagement in the history of the firm — a forensic accounting investigation of alleged white-collar crimes requiring more than 9 million emails and other documents to be mined and analyzed.
He joined Kraft full-time in 2015.

Jennifer Donelson is a senior manager in the tax services department of KraftCPAs. She is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and managing/reviewing the work of other team members.
Jennifer provides tax research, consulting, planning, and compliance services. She works extensively with trusts and estates. Her experience also includes serving individuals and flow-through entities such as partnerships and S corporations. She has experience with multiple industries, including real estate, entertainment, and professional services.
Jennifer, who joined Kraft in 2014, has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. She previously worked for regional firms and a Big Four firm.

Michael Davis is a member with the assurance services group at KraftCPAs. He is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the work of engagement teams, reviewing ongoing work, approving final reports, and presenting our work to management and board members.
As practice leader of the firm’s banking and financial institutions industry team, Michael oversees engagements and client relationships that involve regional and community banks, credit unions, savings and loan institutions, and others in the industry. He performs external audits and reviews, internal audits, compliance engagements, loan reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, enterprise risk management (ERM) assessments, trust department audits, and other consulting engagements for financial institutions.
Michael has been with KraftCPAs since beginning his career as an intern in 1997.

Julie works extensively on audit engagements for governmental entities and nonprofit organizations. She has specialized training in and significant experience working with clients subject to Government Auditing Standards and single audit compliance. Julie also works with clients in the manufacturing/wholesale/distribution (MWD) industry.
Julie began her professional career at KraftCPAs in 1999.

Jackie Cook is a senior manager in the client accounting and advisory services (CAAS) department of KraftCPAs. She is responsible for planning and executing engagements, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing/reviewing the work of other team members.
Jackie provides compilations, interim and annual financial statements, and preparation of both business and individual tax returns for a variety of small business clients and their owners.
Prior to joining KraftCPAs in 1991, Jackie worked as a full-time bookkeeper. She has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting industry.
Richard Colwell is a senior manager with the tax services team. He is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, leading and overseeing client engagements, and managing/reviewing the work of other team members.
Richard specializes in tax research, planning, consulting, and compliance for partnerships, corporations, limited liability corporations, and individuals. He also overseees client representation before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state and local authorities, including issues involving inquiries, audits, and negotiations. Richard works with clients in multiple industries, particularly those in construction and real estate.
He has more than 25 years of tax accounting experience, including nearly four years as a tax manager in private industry. He formerly worked for a niche firm where he specialized in tax services for contractors and real estate developers.

Malissa Carr is a senior manager in the client accounting and advisory services (CAAS) group at KraftCPAs. Her roles include engagement planning and execution, as well as overseeing and reviewing the work of other team members.
Malissa provides businesses and individuals with services such as tax return preparation, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and quarterly and year-end tax planning and consulting. She also assists clients with QuickBooks implementation and training.
She works with a variety of clients, particularly those in the entertainment and food service industries.

Danetta Allen is a member in the client accounting and advisory services (CAAS) group at KraftCPAs. She is responsible for planning and executing engagements, building client relationships, and managing and reviewing the work of team members.
As practice leader of the firm’s construction industry team, Danetta works closely with companies, contractors, and service providers on planning and compliance issues unique to the construction industry. Additional services include CFO/controller outsourcing, financial statement preparation, accounting and bookkeeping, tax planning and compliance, and project-based consulting.
Danetta has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She previously worked for Fox, Kolb and Associates, which merged with Kraft in 2014.
