We set aside time to work with local nonprofit groups like Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, where we sort food, pack boxes, and pitch in any way we can.Our Pie-a-Partner event was a great way to raise money for the United Way and have fun on a Friday afternoon.On-site fitness classes and massages help us stay physically and mentally fit during tax season, which is our busiest time of the year.Our annual LEAD summer leadership event provides students a look at our firm, career opportunities, and a fun night out.We don’t mind getting our hands dirty for a good cause, including at our Habitat for Humanity builds.We work hard to find the most talented young professionals to join our Kraft team, and that leads us to several campus recruiting events every year.We don’t shy away from friendly competition, whether it’s our softball league, scavenger hunts, holiday decorating contests, chili cookoffs … or whatever else we can think of.Our LEAD summer leadership event each May provides college students an inside look at our industry and a chance to network away from the office.Sometimes we just need a quick break during the workday,
especially when the Ben & Jerry’s food truck is outside.Ever tried to make a candle? We found out how during a holiday outing to a Nashville candle-making shop.Many of our team members love to hit the links, and there are plenty of opportunities throughout the year – including our annual Kraft Cup.In addition to healthy perks through our Go365 program, we also provide free flu shots every year to Kraft team members.We love our local teams, and Preds Pride Day was our chance to support the Nashville Predators in the NHL Stanley Cup.Our internship program has paved the way for several full-time additions to KraftCPAs and our affiliates.Springtime is baseball time, so the Kraft Young Professionals Group gathered for a night out at a Nashville Sounds ballgame.It’s not hard to find a reason to gather for food, which we did this time to celebrate our interns.The Kraft Young Professionals Group launched in 2018 with
a night out that included a guided tour of Nashville Brewing Co.Teamwork paid off for our healthcare industry team when they
found their way through The Escape Game team challenge.We make sure to plan events that include the whole family,
including outings at the Nashville Zoo as well as Kraft Family Fun Day with inflatables and plenty of activities.Volunteering with the Special Olympics was incredibly rewarding,
and we look forward to doing it again soon.Our administrative team works behind the scenes
to keep everything running smoothly, so we make sure they enjoy their own team-building events outside the office.
